Because of the ongoing global pandemic the 2021 CHCI Annual Meeting will be held online. While we all wish we could have met our members face-to-face again, the virtual format gives us an opportunity to reduce the cost of registration and to increase participation.

Registration for the 2021 Annual Meeting is $100 per organization, with an unlimited number of delegates. We want to take this opportunity to encourage registering member organizations to invite members of their community—affiliated faculty, staff, students— beyond the limited set of delegates they would normally send to an in-person CHCI Annual Meeting.

Please note: At the time of registration, organizations will be allowed to register up to ten (10) delegates affiliated with their institution. Registrants should provide the following information for all delegates:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Position (Director, Associate Director, Professor, etc.)
  • Email address
