CHCI is pleased to announce the Call for Proposals for the third of three Summer Institutes in Chinese Studies and Global Humanities funded by the Chiang Ching-Kuo Foundation for International Scholarly Exchange (CCKF) and CHCI. Any CHCI member organization in good standing may apply to host the 2018 Summer Institute. The deadline to apply is July 1, 2017 for institutes that should take place between June 1 and August 31, 2018. The award will be formally announced at the CHCI Annual Meeting in Cape Town (August 10–13, 2017).
