About
The HRI fosters new ways of thinking about ourselves and our world, and is designed to create a vibrant intellectual community among University of Regina students, faculty and staff, and the broader provincial, national, and international world that the HRI serves. The HRI sponsors and organizes public lectures, conferences, symposia, and cultural events. It helps to develop humanities research activities and capacity by providing Fellowships to faculty at the University of Regina, by assisting research collaboration and innovation, and by fostering a dynamic research community on campus. The HRI also fosters links with the community through collaboration with arts groups and through its public cultural programming, notably its literary readings.
