The UCI Humanities Center fosters innovative collaborations that spark new knowledge, foster vibrant intellectual communities, and inspire conversations that matter. The Humanities Center provides School of Humanities faculty and students with financial resources, staffing support, and grant-writing consultation as they pursue human-centered responses to the grand challenges of our time. The center fosters the ethos of interdisciplinary collaboration by sponsoring learning communities, public events, conferences and research centers. We are driven by the combined creative power of our faculty and students, internationally renowned visiting fellows, and members of the public passionately learning about and debating ideas that matter.
