The Institute of Advanced Studies at the University of Surrey (UK) supports a programme of small-scale multidisciplinary events that draw in scholars from around the world to discuss new research areas. Each Autumn, bids have been invited from the University's academic staff for support for short workshops and seminars on leading edge subjects.
