About

The John B. Hurford ’60 Center for the Arts and Humanities (HCAH) provides a place for inclusive and interdisciplinary programming by promoting collaborative engagement with the intellectual and artistic ambitions of Haverford College and broader communities. The Center focuses its programming around five key areas: artistic exploration and practice; groups, seminars, and forums; civic engagement and partnerships; student summer programs; and research and curricular experimentation. Anchoring Haverford’s VCAM (Visual Culture, Arts, and Media) facility, the Hurford Center also oversees the Cantor Fitzgerald Gallery (CFG), the principal venue for the Haverford College Exhibitions Program.
