Back to Meeting OverviewInstructions: Please review these instructions before completing your registration, particularly if you are registering on behalf of someone else. When you are ready, proceed to our registration page.
- Individual Registration: Registrations are by individual, and not by organization.
- Eligibility: In order to register, you must belong to a CHCI member institution. Please check our Membership Directory to check your institution's current membership status.
- Special Accommodations: If you require accommodation for accessibility, please contact us at info@chcinetwork.org by April 1 with your requested accommodations.
- Venue: The entire 2025 conference will take place at the Harnack Haus of the Max Planck Society (Ihnestraße 16-20, 14195 Berlin, Germany).
- Membership Dinner: ($100/person) This optional dinner is attended by most participants of the Annual Meeting and includes a buffet dinner and a beer and wine open bar. This dinner will take place at our conference venue, the Harnack Haus, on the evening of Tuesday June 24.
- Hotel: Please ensure that you also book your lodging separately from your registration. We recommend staying at Seminaris CampusHotel where we expect the majority of attendees will choose due to its proximity to the venue. More information on our Hotel page.
- Guests: If you have a guest who would like to attend the Membership Dinner, please contact us directly at info@chcinetwork.org to receive a link to purchase their entry to the dinner. We will prioritize CHCI member attendance.
- Modifying Registration: Need to add the membership dinner to a registration after the fact? You can modify your registration directly through the registration site by clicking on "modify registration." You will be asked to pay or you will be refunded the difference of your modifications.
- Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend the conference, we will refund your purchase price minus a 10% transaction fee through June 9, 2025. After that date we will be unable to issue refunds.
- Privacy Policy: The University of California, Berkeley does not sell, rent, trade or distribute any personally identifiable information obtained from clients to a third party, except in cooperation with government agencies or as required by law. Information collected by the University of California, Berkeley is used for the administrative and operational purposes of our services. You may opt in to receive information from our partners at the annual conference. Your name, affiliation, and e-mail address provided during registration will be shared with the other delegates at the CHCI Annual Meeting as part of the published program. We will delete this information two weeks after the Annual Meeting.
Fees
- Early bird registration: $275 (until February 29)
- Regular registration: $300 (until April 30)
- Late registration: $350 (until June 2) — After June 2, please contact us directly if you would like to register.
- In-person scholarships available (application deadline March 7)

- Week of January 27: Registration opens

Session Recordings
While we are not offering virtual registration for this conference, we will have available recordings of nearly all sessions after the conference.
It is our pleasure to offer a limited number of in-person scholarships to the upcoming CHCI Annual Meeting in Berlin from June 23-26, 2025. Scholarships include conference registration, roundtrip airfare to and from city of origin, accommodations, conference meals, and entry to the optional member dinner. Any individual from a CHCI member institution may apply for this opportunity. The deadline is March 7, 2025. Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee from the CHCI International Advisory Board, and we anticipate contacting selected individuals by March 14, 2025.
On each full day of the Annual Meeting, we will offer informal conversations facilitated by our members on topics of mutual interest. These conversations will take place at the conference venue during breakfast where coffee and food will be provided. The deadline to submit a proposal for a conversation is June 2 and you may view the full instructions here.
