The Syracuse University Humanities Center cultivates diverse humanities scholarship; sponsors dynamic programming and partnerships; and underscores the relevance of the humanities for addressing pressing social issues. The Center is also home to the Central New York Humanities Corridor, a consortium of 11 colleges and universities, supported by an award from the Mellon Foundation, that fosters research networks and scholarly collaborations among faculty, students, and community members throughout the region.
